Andrew Morrison is the Acting Manager Aboriginal & Cultural Diversity and at City of Whittlesea and a proud Gunditjmara man. Andrew has worked in the Aboriginal community for over 20 years including, Mainstream health and Aboriginal Community controlled services. (Current Board member of the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service) he is also a previous 3KND presenter with 2 regular shows on 3KND Deadly Health and The HUMP. Andrew is a family man with 3 children living in Whittlesea.

Lock down until June 10th in Melbourne Metro

The circuit break lockdown has been extended for another week until midnight on 10 June for metropolitan Melbourne local government areas which includes ALL of the City of Whittlesea.

There are five reasons to leave home: • Food and supplies. • Authorised work or permitted education (Year 11 and 12 will return to face-to-face learning). • Care and caregiving. • Exercise, for up to two hours and with one other person. • Getting vaccinated. Masks must be worn inside and outside.



From midnight on 3 June the 5km restriction will be extended to 10km A number of outdoor jobs such as landscaping, painting and installing solar panels will be added to the authorised list.


We have two vaccination centres in the City of Whittlesea as well as VAHS Epping Council Offices, 25 Ferres Blvd, South Morang (follow the signs to the PRACC building). This is run by DPV Health. This is a walk-up site.
