Day two of Broadcasting and we had a superstar line up today at the 51st Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Starting the day we had Kevin Bennett a proud Kamilaroi man and band member Killer from the Flood talking to BB Adams about the love of performing and the importance of mentorship and giving young up and coming singer songwriters a chance to have creative freedom.
Kevin is a storyteller, his story of finding his connection to his mob is very special he performed for us a song close to his heart, I was Born White, but I’ll Die Black’ you’ll understand why that song is so important.
