Emmanuel Kelly's life is a Story of Triumph over Adversity

Found as an infant on an Iraq battlefield, he was raised in a Baghdad orphanage amidst harrowing conditions. His journey to Australia for life- changing surgery, enabled by humanitarian and Victorian of the Year 2012 Moira Kelly, marked the beginning of a new chapter. This new life is one filled with achievements, alongside his brother Ahmed, a Paralympic champion who is working towards qualifying for his fourth Paralympics this year.

Emmanuel has performed with Coldplay, opened for Snoop Dogg, performed with David Foster and DJ Producer Paul Oakenfold. Collectively Emmanuel’s previous singles have reached 1M+ streams.

Emmanuel Kelly, the inspiring Australian singer-songwriter and X Factor Australia sensation, has announced the release of his uplifting new single My Sky, available on all digital streaming platforms from Friday, January 19, 2024.The single is a beacon of hope and resilience and marks a significant milestone in Emmanuel's journey from a challenging past to a future full of possibilities.

My Sky has been released by Vampr, enabling Emmanuel to use the platform’s full suite of features that empower all creators to pursue their aspirations. Vampr provides artists with access to a unique ecosystem of end-to-end services, once available only via traditional record deal models.

Emmanuel skyrocketed to fame following his X-Factor appearance at just 18. His performance attracted over 500 million views on YouTube, instantly propelling him into the spotlight andleading to performances alongside high-profile artists including Snoop Dogg and Bruno Mars.

Facing a period of intense personal struggle, which financially and emotionally drained him, an epiphany at sunrise in Santa Monica transformed his outlook and inspired My Sky. The single encapsulates the realisation that hope is eternal and our sky is a shared, unbreakable bond.

Emmanuel's latest achievement, My Sky, is a song that reminds people to never lose hope andhails from his upcoming debut album. This collaboration is a dream come true for Emmanuel, who will also join Coldplay as a support act on all AU/NZ dates of their Music of the Spheres world tour in October and November 2024.

The single’s release coincides with Emmanuel's live televised performance at Australian Open 2024 on Tuesday, January 23, which will be broadcast on Channel 9. This performance, part of AO’s All Abilities Day celebration, is set to showcase Emmanuel's extraordinary talent and the powerful message of his music.
