3KND's communications Officer Erica Higgins joins Hayley McAdam for ON TRACK. Erica Higgins is from Cumragunja and lives on dja dja wurrung, she talks about her experience of lockdown and working from home. She found it difficult not being in the presence of people and hugging them but being able to work on her garden and being outside with nature and animals has helped her to reflect.
Erica has also tried to stay in contact with loved ones over the phone and through messages. To balance her work and home life Erica continued to have a routine such as putting on her uniform and doing the things she would usually do if she were working at the office.
