3KND held a special Standing Strong Together Outside Broadcast at the Ballarat & District Aboriginal Cooperative.
The Strong Culture Strong Family Program hosted a three day Community Possum Cloak Making Workshop as one of the activities for the Prevention of the Cycle of Violence Aboriginal Fund.
3KND joined the co-op on the final day of the workshop with Baraparapa Elder Esther Kirby and Gunditjmara/Kirrae Whurrong Elder Bronwyn Razem facilitated the making of the possum skin cloak making with Elders and community, raising awareness about this cultural practice and the prevention of family violence.
3KND and the Ballarat & District Aboriginal Cooperative are partners with the Prevention of the Cycle of Violence Aboriginal Fund. Podcasts will be available.
