Remote Aboriginal communities are the last place you might think a transgender superheroine would find true acceptance. However this is exactly what happened for STARLADY. She has previously been a youth worker doing youth based hairdressing and fashion programs spending time in the Western Desert regions. Starlady has built a relationship with some of Australia's remote and challenging places.
She has always been an LBGTIQ+ advocate working towards removing stigma and supporting other LBGTIQ+ queer people. Starlady talks about her own experience with having to face challenges with creative expression despite society telling her something different.
